Job purpose:

Are you looking to enhance your technical capability by working in a global manufacturing environment that allows you to leverage state-of-the-art systems and technologies? If so, this Production Supervisor role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

In this role you will:

Be responsible for the quality of the bulk
Be responsible for activities and resources engaged in the production process and for their continuous optimization
Coordinates manpower targets, resources, and skills (coordination, indirect, support)
Evaluates capacities (employees and machines) necessary to the completion of the production plan
Is involved in the coordination of supply and demand

Why you?:

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Bioengineering, Pharmacy or Bachelor with experience in industrial production
Knowledge of cGMP
Previous experiences in continuous improvement/permanent improvement
Fluency in French with a reading English level minimum

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Like to work in teams
Reliable delivery on daytoday tasks (performance)
EHS oriented
Motivated and pragmatic
Resilience, capacity for adapting in different environment and resistance to pressure
