    Sales Manager EMEA

    Responsibilities:

    • Expand business opportunities with both current and prospective customers in specific regions and industries to cultivate enduring partnerships.
    • Identify new business prospects related to innovative technologies, evaluating investment opportunities for upgrading PVD coating lines.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the business plan and position our partner as the primary supplier for significant investments in sputter equipment and coater software.

    Requirements:

    • A master's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical and/or commercial B2B role.
    • A blend of commercial acumen and strong technical knowledge, with a keen interest in understanding the technical features and advantages of the products.
    • Background in Sputter Hardware or the vacuum industry is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in English and the flexibility to be on-site at the Belgian office and Ghent production facility frequently, with around 50% travel time per working week.
