Job description

You are responsible for the closing of (about 6) domestic and foreign companies of Sioen Industries.
You manage and analyse the general and analytical accounting under IFRS and Local GAAP.
You are responsible for tax returns (VAT + corporate income tax).
You draw up the annual accounts (both IFRS and statutory) and audit files.
You further develop the closing procedures and systems and optimise them where necessary.
You work together with 10 accountants, centralised at our headquarters in Ardooie, and manage the people in our various external companies.
You report to the Finance Manager.

Profile

You have a Bachelor / Master degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in an accountancy firm and/or international production environment.
You work autonomously, accurately and respect deadlines.
You have a sense of initiative and a handson mentality.
You are ITminded and have a good knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
