Job Description:

ICF Next is one of Europe's leading integrated communication agencies, specialising in largescale campaigns across the European Union.
We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position of Communications Project Assistant. This role would be based at one of our client's premises.
Your responsibilities will include:

Project management

Support in the daily management of ongoing projects;
Work with colleagues and external partner organisations to successfully complete projects;
Produce project documentation, including background notes, templates, questionnaires, etc;
Attend project meetings, including the drafting of minutes and reports;
Desk research and monitoring.

Communication

Support the drafting of content for communication channels (newsletters, website, social media);
Assist the external dimension of projects through the production of communication materials (leaflets, presentations, publications, reports, etc.)

Event Organisation

Help plan and coordinate events and provide support for the organisation of events such as visits, meetings and workshops;
Support the preparation of documents for the smooth organisation of events.

Requirements:

At least two years of experience in the tasks described in the previous section;
Confident with Microsoft Office suite;
Proactive attitude, creative and used to thinking outside the box;
Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
Excellent command of oral and written English (minimum C1 level).
