    In ons bedrijf ontwerpen, installeren en leveren we op maat gemaakte oplossingen en diensten om de infrastructuur, uitrustingen, systemen en technische processen van onze klanten te verbeteren.

    Bedrijven en overheden begeleiden bij hun transitie:
    energietransitie : door het energieverbruik en de CO2-uitstoot te verminderen
    digitale transitie : door installaties te verbinden om ze efficiënter te maken
    industriële transitie : door de productiviteit en het beheer van technische installaties te optimaliseren
    Functieomschrijving We zoeken een Procurement Business Partner Indirect Spend (Brussel) . In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat de goederen en diensten die nodig zijn voor de bedrijven van Equans BeLux en die behoren tot de scope Indirect spend , op tijd worden geleverd, met de juiste kwaliteit en in lijn met de bedrijfs- en inkoopdoelstellingen, inclusief de groepsstrategie, terwijl je de risico's beperkt, de groep HSE, ethische en CSR-principes respecteert en innovatie vastlegt.

    bijdragen aan de operationalisering en implementatie van de missie, strategie en doelstellingen van Procurement BeLux
    inkoop:
    behandelen van voornamelijk buyer en contract management dossiers voor volgende scope : met daarnaast ook een focus op de business partner of accountmanager rol voor de betreffende scope.
    het strategische inkoopproces begrijpen en toepassen (vroegtijdige betrokkenheid) om maximaal bij te dragen aan het behalen van de inkoopdoelstellingen (efficiënte en effectieve inkoop van leveranciers)
    inkoopmethodologie toepassen en gebruik maken van inkoopinstrumenten (ondersteund door Procurement Excellence)
    Procurement Business Partner:
    ~ naast de belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en de rol van Procurement Business Partner, vervul je extra rollen binnen de inkooporganisatie:
    Contract Manager (CM):
    beheer van de levenscyclus van bestaande contracten (contractverlenging, contractoptimalisatie ...)
    nieuwe (terugkerende) contracten onderhandelen en beheren
    andere rollen (PPL, SME ...) ondersteunen met expertise in contractbeheer en administratieve expertise
    ontwikkelen en behouden van expertise (markt- en innovatiekennis ...) in één of meer inkoop (sub)categorieën
    categorie-activiteiten ondersteunen in overeenstemming met de groepseisen (activiteiten worden gedefinieerd door de Equans groep en afgestemd met Equans BeLux)
    Je rapporteert aan een hoofd van de business partner Indirect spend. universitair masterdiploma of equivalent door relevante ervaring
    ~ uitgebreide inkoopvaardigheden en kennis: onderhandeling, contractering, financieel en kostenbeheer, contracten en aankooprecht
    ~ bekwaamheid in Office-suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    ~ mondelinge en schriftelijke bekwaamheid in minimaal 2 van de 3 talen: Engels, Frans en Nederlands
