You analyze and document asis business processes and work out tobe processes in BPMN and/or will be involved in the analysis for the development of new solutions
You guide your customer in the implementation of the change process
You create various impact analyzes
You're able to identify pain points as well as opportunities and perform a costbenefit analysis
You'll be responsible for creating training material and also provide training to the end users

Wat zoeken wij?
**- You've graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent

You have minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business and/or Functional Analyst
You have experience with UML Tools (e.g. Enterprise architect, Microsoft Visio, etc.)
The BPMN standard is not a new concept for you
You have knowledge of the Agile methodology
You're communicative, both written and verbal, in Dutch, French and English
You posses excellent analytical skills, a good dose of assertiveness and you're customeroriented
