Business Analyst - Product Lifecycle Management

In business analysis job in Product Lifecycle Management discipline, you will have a chance to manages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area.

About the role:

Working in close partnership with business stakeholders, you will be ensuring a successful project completion and leading multiple projects from inception to completion via facilitating project planning sessions, establishing project performance goals, making the design of the project plan, developing timeline, identifies project milestones and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline

You will also be:

Work with Functional Managers and Chief Engineers to translate highlevel business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage changes to the specifications to support impacted business functions and systems.
Support the Platform, Projects, and cross functional teams in determining how business requirements can and should be designed and automated, and how they are then integrated with the business and technical processes and tools.
Conduct process gap identification and analysis for PLM and adjoining processes.
Lead and Plan Business readiness activities to deploy new tools and capabilities.
Drive tool landscape activities within the business.
Identify organizational change and help in management of the same for example: Roles, Training, and changes to procedures etc.,
Experience and working knowledge of actual manufacturing environments, and associated business processes.
Experience with major CAD (Creo) and PLM implementations is highly desirable.
Awareness of logical and physical data modelling, and a good understanding of product data change and management processes.

Qualifications

About you:

You will ideally have mechanical engineering background within an automotive / heavy machinery industry, however if you enjoy and can evidence a high level of attention to detail, resiliency, and strong communication skills along with analytical mindset and interest in product lifecycle management domain, we'd love to hear from you.

Here are some of the other skills and competencies we'd like you to have:

BA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer science or equivalent degree required in Engineering/Mechanical streams;
MA degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline is a plus;
Experience and working knowledge of actual manufacturing environments, and associated business processes;
Experience with major CAD (Creo) and PLM implementations is highly desirable;
Awareness of logical and physical data modelling, and a good understanding of product data change and management processes;
Experience in establishing the strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders;
Fluency in English, as this is our main business language, along with any other languages.
