What will you be doing?

Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members
You're the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have
You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized
Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members
You will perform smaller bike repairs on site at the shop, so our members can happily keep biking

Who are we looking for?

You are passionate about bikes and service;
You are fluent in both English and the local language
You have experience in working alone & being able to make decisions;
