For our Finance department in Belgium, we are currently looking for a
Finance trainee

YOUR CHALLENGE as Finance trainee:

You will be trained in the methods and techniques used within the various sections of the Finance department (management control, internal control, consolidation, accounting, risk management,)
You will be required to switch from one position in Finance to another every 6 to 8 months over a 2year period.
During this time, you will take part in a training program covering detailed information about the Group and its activities, project management and performance management.
All the placements, predefined by the Financial Management at the beginning of the program, will be located in Belgium with the possibility of short missions abroad.
During the program, you will need to adapt to a new working environment every 6 to 8 months and make the efforts necessary to achieve the objectives set at the beginning of each of your various assignments.
With each new rotation, you will be assessed by the manager of the team where you work.
Your development as a Finance Trainee will be globally monitored and assessed by HR and the program director.

YOUR PROFILE as Finance trainee:

You have recently obtained a Master degree in a field of economics (under which you have acquired a command of applied finance, economics, management, business engineering)
You are interested in acquiring a diverse and operational experience in financial planning, financial analysis and controlling, tax, consolidation and accounting both in IFRS standards and Belgium gaaps, with opportunities to hint into corporate and project financing
You are fluent in English and have a good working knowledge of French and Dutch knowledge of an additional European language is an asset
You are a Team player, you have analytics skills, you have good communication skills, you work in autonomy.
You have a strong safety and environmental awareness. You always take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
