ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:


  • You are a senior project manager responsible for the design of 2 projects.
  • You design an internal language process and development program for leadership.
  • You Identify & maintain key stakeholder relations to understand the needs and business impact at all levels.
  • You further develop the communication channels, selection process of the leaders, onboarding, leadership development, and support psychosocial wellbeing.
  • You further map and optimize the internal processes with the internal customer.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have relevant experience in project management for HR (minimum ten years).
  • You have experience with leadership development programs.
  • You have experience with project and change management (including stakeholder management).
  • Experience in the public sector is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 2 days a week
  • Location: Brussels / remote
