Your workplace:

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the coordination and execution of building HVAC projects.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project team and monitoring the budget and schedule. You will regularly consult with the client and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Function:

Coordinate and manage building HVAC projects.
Ensure planning, budgeting and monitoring of projects.
Direct and lead the project team.
Ensure communication with client and other project stakeholders.
Oversee quality and compliance with standards and regulations.
Manage and report project progress to management and client.
Identify and manage risks and issues that arise during the project.
Coordinate planning and installation of HVAC equipment and systems.
Provide aftercare and service for HVAC systems after installation.

Your profile:

You preferably have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
You have a bachelor or engineering degree or similar through experience.
Thanks to your commercial and financial feeling, you can successfully defend interesting alternatives to clients.
