The American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium brings together more than 400 members, including some of the largest US and Belgian companies across all sectors.

As AmCham Belgium's Member Relations Assistant

  • You are the first point of contact for our members. You enthusiastically accompany them throughout their membership journey, collaborating closely with your colleagues to provide highquality service. You also engage with prospects and ensure that new members have the best possible introduction to our community. You play a key role in recording accurate, uptodate and complete information in the member database.
  • In addition to your membership responsibilities, you also provide assistance to our CEO in responding to enquiries and managing her calendar, handling meeting administration and ensuring smooth daytoday engagements.
  • You will join a warm, dynamic and international team who give you every opportunity to learn and grow.
  • You will be offered a fulltime permanent contract, with an attractive salary including meal vouchers, pension plan and health insurance.

To excel as our new Member Relations Assistant:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Previous experience in a professional services company or memberdriven organization is a plus.
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • You are proactive and have excellent organizational skills.
  • You are committed to quality and see things through to the end.
  • You are techsavvy and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
