Description

You interpret claims reports and ensure correct and efficient claim settlement
The focus is on the processing of claims within your domain
You ensure a correct and timely followup of your file
You set your own agenda but have an eye for fixed appointments and deadlines
You handle your own files but you work closely with colleagues

Profile

You have a bachelor or master degree
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch
You can independently offer solutions and make decisions
You are stress resistant
You are administratively strong and you have the right communication skills to help the customer in the right way
