Description


For our client in Brussels (Haren), a company working for the European Commission, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.

The tasks below are part of your challenging job responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors, offering drinks and escorting them to the meeting rooms
  • Smoothly handling and transferring incoming calls
  • Managing different mailboxes
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing the meeting rooms
  • Parking management
  • Preparing welcome packages for new colleagues
  • Placing taxi reservations for visitors and internal colleagues
  • Placing orders for office equipment, beverages, kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Making inventories at the request of colleagues
  • Administrative support tasks for the facility team

Work schedule:
Full-time: Monday till Friday 8h30 - 12h30 & 13h - 17h = 40h/week


We are looking for a colleague with the following skills:

  • You have a very good knowledge of English and French
  • You are customer oriented (Hospitality minded)
  • You have the art of putting visitors at ease and making them feel warmly welcomed
  • You are considerate, friendly and helpful
  • You are an organized, structured person with a sense of priorities
  • You have computer proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Word

What we offer
We offer you a permanent contract with an attractive salary.

Easily accessible by public transportation

Working hours: 8h30 - 12h30 & 13h - 17h = 40h/week

Start:
