Responsibilities

As the European Procurement and Supplier Performance Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include providing crucial support for Localization and Supplier SLQDC (Safety, Law, Quality, Delivery, and Cost) Improvement Activities in Europe.

This involves closely monitoring, reporting, and evaluating strategic supplier performance through indexes, scheduled price revisions, and SLQDC metrics.

You will play a key role in assessing and communicating the status of projects aimed at enhancing SLQDC, sharing achievements, and addressing critical issues with strategic EU suppliers.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to the preparation and execution of the Midori kai program in the European region, fostering close collaboration with KLTD and Komatsu plants in Europe, as well as various procurement departments.

Your role will extend to working in tandem with the EU Supply Chain Manager to successfully execute procurement projects in the European market.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of procurement processes, strategic supplier management, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equal by experience
No experience necessary
Office 365 particularly Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Planning of own work in view of recurrent deadlines.
Languages: English + other languages added value. Organized, structured, problem solving, team player, ability to follow up several files and negotiating skills.
Accuracy, proactive behavior, stress resistant, flexible.
