What you will be doing during your internshipDuring the internship, you will be able to coordinate and execute HR projects in our fast-growing, inspiring and dynamic environment. Your tasks will include:

    People and Culture, which will be your main focus

  • Support the induction and onboarding of new staff
  • Work on different HR related projects
  • Assist in arranging and championing social events for the team
  • Support the maintenance of personnel records including highly confidential material

    • Recruitment

  • Assist the building of talent pools for a range of roles
  • Learn to work with our ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Learn to work with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Give feedback after interviews

    • Office Management

  • Make the necessary arrangements for meetings organised by/on behalf of the CEO ( audio/visual equipment, presentation materials)
  • Order weekly groceries, including fruit, food and drinks
  • Review and manage equipment inventory
  • Order and manage the office stationary supply
  • Assist in organising social events

    • What does the ideal candidate look like?

  • Graduating and highly interested in HR
  • Detail oriented
  • Internship period of at least 12 weeks
  • Drive and motivation to commit and achieve
  • Tenacity
  • Positive and energetic personality
  • Openness and hunger to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Drivers licence
