Antwerp is the right job for you We are looking for an extra pair of hands to bridge the temporary absence in our team.
As an
essential link in the service to our customers, you as a
Support employee take care of the
administrative preparation and processing work of
incoming goods in our warehouses ('import').
You do this for a
whole range of (food)products that are stored at Molenbergnatie, each with their own administrative points of attention.
Your responsibilities will look like:
- Managing the
administration of incoming goods flowsIn communication** with agents, shipping companies and transporters. Direct customer contact is
- _not_ part of that, which is handled by your other colleagues (Customer Service Representative).
In contact with

your Customer Service colleagues about actions taken
Drawing up
-
certificates and simple
-
customs documents , and ordering specialized documentation
Order statement of
-
unloading orders, sampling requests, and transport orders to the correct Molenbergnatie departments
What does Molenbergnatie expect from you?:
- You can consciously commit yourself to this
temporary assignment for 6 months
You find satisfaction in properly finishing files and administering data, with an eye for detail
You can therefore
-
work proficiently with text and data processing programs
You speak and understand Dutch fluently and can handle yourself decently enough in English in an administrative environment.
A plus if you have already collected any experience as an Import Clerk or Logistics Admin Worker
