The assignment

You will handle a variety of incoming business contracts: you will check if the contracts are complete and will initiate the internal approval flow prior to signature, following a strict imec procedure.
You will organize the contract signature, and take care of the followup and administrative processing in CRM and Sharepoint.
You will draft & followup on quotations, and you will assess and process purchase orders.
You build up a solid cooperation with your internal customers, which entails among others a (pro)active communication on the contract status.

Required knowledge and skills

You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through knowledge.
You are customerfocused and able to work independently, but also as part of a team.
You are well organized with good time management skills.
You can deal with changing processes and can handle a lot of information.
You work in a meticulous and structured way, and deliver quality, also in stressful circumstances.
You are detailoriented.
Experience with paralegal work is a plus.
Good knowledge of English and Dutch is required.
