1. Overview:
Ready to join our team at Inchcape? We are looking for a BYD Financial Controller to play a key role in shaping the financial landscape of the electric vehicle market in Belgium and Luxembourg.

2. Your Responsibilities:

• Offer financial guidance to Operational Heads to achieve set objectives.
• Conduct qualitative monthly business reviews with Operational Heads.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for performance management.
• Assist in leading forecast exercises and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and Internal Control Standards.

3. Your Background:
Essential requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of general accounting procedures and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and fluent in French or Dutch with business English.
• Ability to work in a "start-up" mindset.

Desirable skills:

• Familiarity with Power BI, Incadea, and SAP.
• Strong communication skills and capability to challenge operational heads.
