About our role:

Our client is an important player in the public sector and they are looking for 2 talented and passionate Business Analysts to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analysing business requirements.

What you will be doing:

Your main responsibility will be to identify and analyse business requirements and facilitate requirement gathering meetings

You will be responsible for process optimisation working closely with the senior project lead

You will be involved in coordinating testingsessions for new technical solutions

You will be responsible for identifying and managing risk analysis for the implementation of these solutions

What you bring:

Ambition to further develop your career in Business Analysis and project management

Minimum 3 years of years of solid experience in a similar role, preferably in a highly complex environment

Working experience with BPNM-tools is key

You have used Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence in past jobs

You have some knowledge of or interest in the Belgian legal system

You are motivated to work in service of the public interest

Past experience in IT industry or Public sector a big plus

You have great stakeholder management skills

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English, Dutch and French (at least business proficiency)
