Job purpose:

Within the Clinical Laboratory Sciences department (CLS), part of Global Clinical Operations, the
_Product Owner - HBS Data Acquisition_ leads the deployment and lifecycle of Digital Data Acquisition Solutions supporting human biological samples processes and related data.

Your responsibilities:

You lead the product squad in charge of the HBS Data Acquisition solutions;
You are accountable to maximize the value of the product using VFQ framework:
RECORD: collect, understand & endorse user requirements and translate them into meaningful user stories.

Define acceptance criteria;

REVEAL: understand and select technical solutions proposed by TECH department and define acceptance criteria;
REFINE: review selected functional solution and endorse acceptance criteria;
REALIZE: define sprint planning, organize testing sessions and test the functionalities developed by TECH and organize demo for end users, prepare for GxP validation (design / write validation documentation, test cases and validation protocols);
RELEASE: execute formal GxP validation and perform Go Live, train users.
You manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on their value, in alignment with business priorities and product strategy;
You are responsible to define and execute the product roadmap as well as to review/realign it to business priorities on a quarterly basis;
You get clear expertise of business processes;
You are responsible to:
Communicate to stakeholders and sponsors on roadmap / progress / impediments
Escalate risk and issues;
Track progress through efficient KPIs
You install and maintain strong partnership with business stakeholders, TECH, QA and TSR;

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_
Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business or IT Engineering
At least 3 years' experience as a Product Owner, preferably within a GxPvalidated environment;
At least one certification as Agile practitioner (Product Owner or Scrum Master) with extended knowledge of VFQ methodology;
Full proficiency in French and English is a MUST;
Advanced knowledge in Data Fabric solution and ETL frameworks;
Experience / knowledge in PowerApps is an advantage;
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in the pharma industry (clinical trial context);
Strong knowledge of HBS (and related data) tracking requirements and regulations;
Extended experience in validating complex IT solutions in a GxP framework (deep knowledge of ITMS methodology is a real asset);
Experience with Jira software;
Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team in a nonhierarchical environment. This will include managing the workload, deliverables, performance, etc...
Previous people management experience is a true added value.
