As Legal Counsel, you play a crucial role in managing the legal risks associated with contractual activities. This role requires a proactive and critical mindset, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure that legal processes are aligned with economic considerations, risk management and a business-oriented approach.

Description

You represent the bank or internal or external working groups, providing training to internal employees and followup to customers while ensuring knowledge transfer;
You are responsible for monitoring and anticipating legislation, case law, legal doctrine, guidelines and recommendations (e.g. regarding outsourcing) in the legal fields (contract law, special agreements, trademark law, etc.) required to give correct and useful advice.

Profile

You have a bachelor's degree in law or experience in a similar position;
You speak French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English;
You are adaptable to changing legal landscapes and business needs;
You pay particular attention to detail;
You are proactive.
