For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a
Security Professional **to join our Team.

Responsibilities.

Under the supervision of the Security Officer, the security professional is responsible for the following tasks:
Identifying security risks and reporting findings to the Security Officer;
Advising on security improvements and making adjustments in collaboration with IT and development teams;
Conducting code reviews to identify and report potential security vulnerabilities;
Collaborate with ethical hackers and review their reports to resolve any security vulnerabilities;
Maintain knowledge and skills related to penetration testing, security risks, vulnerabilities and security solutions;
Training IT and development teams in security awareness and best practices;
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and protocols for the security of the organization;
Report to the Security Officer on the status of security and any proposed improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in information security
Experience with different operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Experience with different programming languages
Experience with popular pen testing tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, Nessus, etc.
Experience in assessing and implementing security measures

Specific qualifications

Knowledge of information security, security governance and security risk management
Knowledge of general privacy principles
Knowledge of security policy frameworks
Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.
Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the field of cybersecurity
Extensive knowledge of the different types of vulnerabilities, such as XSS, SQL injections, buffer overflow attacks, etc.
Extensive knowledge of security solutions, technologies and procedures

Pros

Certificates such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor; CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIPP/E, CIPM, CEH or similar
