    En tant que , vous êtes responsable de l'élaboration de la stratégie des indicateurs clés de performance pour notre logistique, en collaboration avec les services des finances et de l'analyse des données.

  • Vous défiez le top management de Logistics lors de réunions d'évaluation basées sur leurs résultats et les guider/challenger dans leurs plans d'action.
  • Vous identifiez les opportunités d'amélioration des performances pour Logistics (y compris par le biais de conférences en dehors de Delhaize) et les faites tester/implémenter, participez au comité shrink en tant que représentant de Logistics, gérez le budget (IT) dans le cadre des nouvelles exigences de reporting, et faites des rapports sur la gestion des performances (KPI) en collaboration avec Service & Control et Process Quality & Improvement. Vous êtes ainsi responsable des données logistiques et des politiques et bonnes pratiques qui s'y rapportent.
  • Vous gérez une équipe de spécialistes/experts qui ont une grande expérience du reporting et de la gestion des données, afin de fournir aux opérations les rapports nécessaires pour maximiser la performance opérationnelle, ainsi que les analyses nécessaires pour améliorer l'exécution.
  • Vous supervisez, soutenez, motivez et encadrez l'équipe de spécialistes/experts afin de créer un environnement où tous les associés sont responsabilisés et engagés et d'assurer une dotation optimale tant en nombre qu'en compétences et aptitudes.
  • Vous définissez, évaluez, défendez et remettez en question les KPI de toutes les parties prenantes de la logistique, l'optimisation des processus, afin d'optimiser la performance des centres de distribution et du transport et de garantir une collaboration opérationnelle efficace et efficiente.
  • Vous soutenez les opérations en étant le partenaire de référence pour tous les besoins de reporting.
  • En tant qu'expert en matière de reporting et des outils (Excel, PowerBI), de l'équipe analyse, vous priorisez et développez le reporting nécessaire à une meilleure exécution opérationnelle.
  • Vous agissez en tant que centre de connaissances pour l'analyse des données logistiques/de transport.
  • Vous êtes responsable des données logistiques et des politiques et bonnes pratiques y afférentes.
  • Vous participez à des projets de données et de rapports, conformément au plan de projet et aux résultats attendus, afin d'assurer la livraison du projet dans le respect du budget, des délais et des objectifs convenus
  • Vous possédez un Master's Degree
  • Vous avez minimum 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en supply chain management et/ou data management
  • Vous êtes trilingue (NL/FR/EN)
  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication
  • Vous avez de l'expérience project mangement
  • Vous possédez des connaissances en Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances en ERP/WMS/TMS/BI systems et reporting tool (SAP)
  • Vous avez des connaissances approfondies de MS Office & PowerBI
  • Vous êtes polyvalent, orienté clients et résistant
  • Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress
