As our restaurant manager you are responsible for the front of house of both The Jane and untitled.

You pursue a perfect service and are therefore in close contact with your colleagues from the kitchen and our guests.

You mainly act as a host or hostess during service.

In this position, you ensure efficiency and take care of things that are not going well with the right people.

You will also provide the necessary workshops and trainings for the team.

Bookings are managed by our reservations department, however you keep a close eye on the guest list. You will have some administrative tasks, such as workforce scheduling, recruitment, placing orders and support side projects.

Your profile:
This position requires you to have sufficient technical knowledge to manage and organise the front of house. Therefore, we are looking for someone with professional pride, a great eye for detail and a feeling for hospitality.

You are a versatile team player and contribute to a good work atmosphere
You are guestoriented and guarantee a qualitative service of the highest level
You have management experience at a gastronomic level
You are a clear communicator, speak English and have knowledge of Dutch. Any additional language is an asset for our international guests
You are a welcoming host or hostess with a passion for hospitality
You are innovative, efficient and a great organiser
You are a constructive people manager who takes the bull by the horns
You have proper product and wine knowledge

Our offer:
We offer you a fixed (full-time) contract. You will work five days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday. You will be part of a young, motivated team of professionals, all of which driven to push their limits.
