About the role
As a fleet planner / depot planner, you are responsible for managing the planning and coordination of the maintenance on locomotives.
- Point of contact for planning, coordination and ensuring maintenance on locomotives in full service in conformity with the ECM process;
- Managing and planning daily locomotive operations.
- Identification and determination of material requirements in cooperation with the Service Line MTS and the Team Field Service;
- Coordination of operational tasks with the team Field Service team, as well as internal
- Keep track and ensure uptodatedness of the maintenance plans in the Maximo system
- Autonomous collection and maintenance of the fleet availability data;
- Ensuring the completeness of the maintenance records / test sheets / test reports, as well as further documentation and archiving.
Qualifications - External
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 3year business experience;
- Fluent in Dutch and English in written and spoken is mandatory, German is a plus;
- Autonomy, customer friendliness, curiosity, teamwork and initiative are essential assets also in stress situations;
- Structured and purposeful work, flexibility and commitment as well as good communication skills.
