We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Senior Functioneel Analist. Deze persoon zal deel uitmaken van onze teaTms die onze customer journeys onderzoeken, verbeteren en toepassen.
Werken in de Product Journey Tribe
Telenet werkt op basis van een agile framework. In elk team werken analisten, ontwikkelaars en testers samen als één geheel voor wederzijdse ondersteuning. We hebben ook een hybride manier van werken (activity based) om te zorgen voor een goede balans tussen werk en privé.
De Senior Functional Analist die we zoeken zal in onze Product Journey Tribe werken samen met de Workforce Management Squads (afspraken en installatie applicaties).
De Workforce Management Squads richten zich op het afspraaktraject voor onze klanten in-home services en het handhaven van de netwerkkwaliteit. In samenwerking met onze partners leveren we oplossingen om de installatie bij onze klanten zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. We werken nauw samen met architecten, bedrijfs- en procesanalisten om betrouwbare en schaalbare oplossingen te ontwerpen.
Als Senior Functioneel Analist vertaal je business behoeften naar requirements (functioneel en niet-functioneel). Je stemt nauw af met stakeholders (business en technisch). Je integreert de ontworpen oplossing in het bestaande applicatielandschap en bewaakt de kwaliteit en duurzaamheid ervan.
