Job Description:


Our company is looking to hire a Marketing Executive Assistant for an initial contract of 6 months who will be working closely with our marketing and technology team to support the development and implementation of our growth plans and strategies for RA in EMEA.

As a successful hire, you will be accountable to deliver tasks from admin to more strategic support activities.


To be chosen for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree with experience in marketing, product management and across multiple geographic.

Prior work experience in administration, sales is a plus.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
  • Working closely with other executive assistant to ensure the right collaboration and prioritization.
  • Schedules, plans, and coordinates events and meetings onsite and offsite, including research and preparation of meeting materials (document meeting minutes, track action items, and communicate status, logistics, venue, activities & food.)
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents (Presentation, reports,...).
  • Maintain confidential material related to employees and company operations
  • Tracks executive expenses and generates expense reports
  • Monitors purchasing software system notifications and approves on behalf of executive if appropriate
  • Partner with HR business partner to coordinate new hire processing and team onboarding
  • Develop and maintains positive working relationships with staff, internal departments, and outside parties, including highlevel contacts of a sensitive nature to effectively coordinate activities and collaborate on special projects
  • Collaborate flawlessly with other executive team admins to execute on scheduling meetings and coordinate companywide events
  • May track or provide report related to the travel and expenditures of the team in closed relationship with finance as well as employee rewards programs (Team recognition, Bravo, awards,) or coordinate and compile feedback for performance reviews or other internal surveys.
  • May be responsible for maintaining and updating internal communication channel like Teams, Sharepoint. including building or redesigning pages, as well as coordinating and insuring good presence on Yammer.
  • Understanding company strategy, offering and brand in order to suggest improvement areas and contribute to the success of both teams.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as an assistant or support role in marketing
  • Good understanding of office management or proven experience as an assistant/support role in marketing or product management areas.
  • Project management experience or wellorganized, demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Team player who is resultsoriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, time management, and selfstarter mentality across geographies, time zone and in a diverse work environment.
  • Willing to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilities as ability to constantly improve and optimize.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, Yammer, MS Outlook
  • Effective written and verbal communication with strong people skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 6+ years' experience providing administrative support for senior level executive
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to travel to events or internal meetings, locally and internationally as needed
