Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to
identify opportunities for implementing AIdriven solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Conduct
research and
analysis to understand the specific needs and challenges of each department and
propose tailored AI solutions

Assist in the
integration of AI systems with existing infrastructure and software platforms, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
Work closely with IT and
data teams to collect, analyze, and utilize data effectively to enhance decisionmaking and performance.
Provide
training and
support to staff members on the
use of AI tools and systems, promoting adoption and proficiency.
Stay updated on
industry trends and advancements in AI technology, recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Assist in other ITrelated tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the IT department and organization.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a
relevant academic program, ideally in first or second year of Master's Degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, etc.). You have an internship convention of
minimum three months.
Starting date is flexible

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, algorithms, and methodologies.

Proficiency with
modern Generative AI platforms and tools.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
Excellent
communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Fluency in
English is required; proficiency in
French and/or
Dutch is highly desirable.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a
genuine interest in leveraging technology to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency
