Summary:


You manage the overhaul representation of the company in the market to enhance BIA's image, increase the brand awareness, and support business to reach the company established target.


What will be your responsibilities?:


  • Define the company's brand strategy, develop and manage the yearly communication plan, define and followup related budget.
  • Manage the Marketing Communication team and coordinate the execution of the marketing plan. Develop individual and team performances through leadership and development plan.
  • Liaise with crossfunctional functions to ensure successes of actions and impact on business. Cultivate a positive working relation with them.
  • Be accountable for the brand protection in all BIA catchment area and for all brands.
  • Implements public relations strategies, selects and manages communications with external agencies and acts as the company's spokesperson with medias.

Who are we looking for?:


  • Master degree with at least 7 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral skills in French and English. Intermediate level in Dutch is the minimum required.
  • Track record experience in enhancing brand awareness and lead generation trough digital tools including SEO, SEA, Google analysis and interpretation.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of design and development programs : indesign, illustrator,
  • Understanding of the following will be an asset : Wordpress, HTML/PHP/CSS, Final cut, première pro.
  • Combination of a strategic approach with the ability to dive into the operational side of things.
  • Ability to set up a simple, effective, and ambitious communication ecosystem (branding / off & online communication).
  • Ability to lead the team and get projects out on time (pragmatic approach / true handson)
