We are looking for a new colleague in our department "Human Resources" at our location in Lommel (Belgium).

ZF Wind Power puts wind energy in motion The ZF Wind Power Business Unit is part of ZF group which is known as one of the world's leading automotive suppliers.

Within our unit we develop, validate and service gear units used in wind turbines producing sustainable energy and we have been doing this for more than 40 years Today we build new drivetrain solutions to meet the requirements of the future.

As wind turbines continue to grow, we are continuously pushed outside of our engineering boundaries, which makes it a challenging engineering environment to work in.

Your tasks:

Acting as the first point of contact for employees and hierarchy, providing them advice over various HR topics and analyzing the needs of teams and departments together with all stakeholders
Ownership of HR processes and employee life cyclerelated processes such as performance reviews, career development, etc.
Highquality input to global/corporate HR projects and efficient project management of local HR projects
Detecting and initiating improvement initiatives for HR processes
Provide a highquality and ontime administrative service to employees, provide correct and complete information to all internal customers

Your profile:

Broad general knowledge of HRM (recruitment, comp&ben, L&D, performance management,)
Good knowledge of process & project management
Good knowledge of reporting & administrative tools
Good knowledge of social dialogue (unions) and syndical meetings
Broad experience with blue & white collars & production environments
Good knowledge of Belgian social law as well as Belgian & Dutch language skills
