To assist the Sales team based in Braine-l'Alleud (near Brussels), we are looking for our future talented and motivated collaborator (M/F).
Your function
Under the supervision of the Senior Key Account Manager, we offer you the opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Develops and maintains relationship with regional national customer accounts ;
- Build strong collaboration/coaching with Sales support
- Develops a trusted and long term relationship with customer stakeholders ;
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of customer business plan ;
- Communicates clearly the progress of all initiatives to internal stakeholders ;
- Plans and tracks key account metrics ;
- Identifies and grows opportunities within customer and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment ;
- Assists with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Close collaboration with Sales Advisors
Your profile:
- You have a Master in Business Economics or Business Management
- You have minimum
3 to 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager in the
FMCG sector: - You are
fluent in Dutch, French and English - You're polyvalent and a good teamplayer
- You have a resultoriented profile and are obviously commercially minded, sales and negotiation techniques have no secret to you
- You are a strong proposer, with a capacity for conviction and customer orientation
- You are organized, know how to prioritize, and take a step back from your work
- You have good interpersonal skills, are a good listener and enjoy working in a team
- You have a good analytical mind and a good understanding of the business/field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You're analytical and organized with a strong capability to synthetize data
