Key responsibilities:
- Observe business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to gather their requirements.
- Challenge and prioritize needs.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Provide recommendations to drive efficiency and increase productivity.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions.
Skills:
- Office 36
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- IT knowledge is a plus
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
