To strengthen our Group Finance team, based in Limelette, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Group FP&A Manager.

About the role


As a Group FP&A Manager, you will report to our Group FP&A Director and be part of the Group Finance team.

You will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis and strategic guidance to support effective decision-making within the Group.

This role involves overseeing the financial planning and forecasting processes, analyzing key financial metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and enhance the organization's long-term value.

The FP&A Manager holds a critical position within The Group finance team.

This role acts as a bridge between financial data and strategic decision-making, providing insights that guide the organization's growth, profitability, and capital allocation.

The FP&A Manager's responsibilities extend beyond financial reporting and analysis to encompass budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.


Your role and responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting & analysis_
  • Analyze key financial metrics, identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations for performance enhancement.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts, budgets, and previous years, identifying trends and variances.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Financial planning & forecasting_
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support shortterm and longterm forecasting.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
  • Led the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets and objectives.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure spending is aligned with budgetary guidelines and corporate objectives.
  • Investment & capital allocation_
  • Led the development of the investment three years plan and Budget, working closely with other crossfunctional teams to align with Business goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives, projects, and investments.
  • Evaluate and prioritize proposed investment projects based on financial feasibility, return on investment, and strategic alignment.
  • Analyze and communicate the financial implications of major projects, including projected cash flows, payback periods, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with key CAPEX stakeholders, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate cost estimation and financial assumptions.
  • Ad hoc analysis & projects_
  • Participate in special projects or initiatives that require financial analysis and strategic input.
  • Provide financial insights for potential investments, partnerships, or other strategic business moves.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance FP&A processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and accuracy

About you:

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Engineering
  • Bachelor in Accounting/Engineering + relevant experience
  • Min. 5 years experience working preferably in consultancy, audit or the industrial sector, performing quantitative analyzes and demonstrating analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Strong interest or background in technical & operational, with an ability to identify best practices and the business drivers & pitfalls
  • Balanced between strategic and operational skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office tools (surely MS Excel) and prior experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with all management levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
