Corporate Law:

M&A, commercial advice, contract drafting, contract negotiation, general conditions, litigation, shareholders agreement, statutes review, corporate governance, due diligence, corporate housekeeping, deals, investment, convertible bonds, interest in company, discussions with banks, etc.

My client is a Belgian independent leading Business Law Firm, with more than 45 Lawyers (20 Partners & 25 Lawyers), based in Brussels (Louise), which advises Belgian & international companies on the legal aspects of their transactions and disputes.

The Commercial & Corporate team is a bilingual team which consists of 15 people (5 Partners & 10 Lawyers).

Responsibilities:

Corporate Law
M&A
Corporate Housekeeping
Contract Drafting, Management & Negotiation
Advice, litigation and transaction

Must Have:

Belgian Master degree in Law
5 to 8 years' Experience
As Lawyer in Corporate Law
Excellent French
English Fluent

Nice to have:

Experience in Commercial Law
Knowledge of Dutch
Experience in international law firm
