Today we are looking for an Operations Cards Agent to join us, are you ready for a new challenge?

Responsibilities:

Within the operations team you will be working together with your colleagues in the cards team on the following activities

Handling the different requests including mails (NL/FR/ENG) relative to Cards. This also involves client contacts.
Management of opposition of transactions raised by our clients
Treatment of the consequenses of fraud on card transactions

Skills:

You have good organization, time management and scheduling skills
You are handson problem solver
You have good analytical skills
You are a team player
You are responsible, motivated and autonomous
You are comfortable in speaking and writing in two of the following languages Dutch, French and English
You have good communication and interpersonal skills

Education

You have a bachelor degree or have acquired equivalent level through experience
Knowledge of the financial sector and in particular payments and card transactions are an asset
