Role purpose:

The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage various aspects of the company's network and IT infrastructure.

This includes analyzing network activities, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, estimating project costs, purchasing software and hardware, implementing cybersecurity measures, defining maintenance plans, managing incidents and user requests, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing equipment reception and configuration, and overseeing the IT network and Office 365 tenant.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the network and infrastructure actives to make a diagnosis of the initial situation.
Search and evaluate suppliers that offer the best solutions and conditions for the project.
Make detailed economic estimates and plan the resources needed for the execution of the project.
Purchase of SW and HW.
Define maintenance plans for the different technology platforms.
Plan, manage, implement and supervise the attention of incidents and user requests, including the portfolio of services and reporting of SLAs.
Coordinate effectively with project users, partners, project subsystems, IT department, cybersecurity, digitalization and suppliers.
Manage the reception of computer equipment (PCs, telephones, printers or other types of components), create the digital user, prepare the workplace for the new hires in the company, and present the equipment, available computer tools and the different corporate accesses.
Configure and install SW on PC's and phones, printers, APs,according to company policies.
Responsible for the IT network (WiFi).
Manage Office 365 tenant.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven experience in information technology project management, demonstrating ability to lead projects from conceptualization to successful implementation and delivery.
Training in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
English, Dutch and French needed to support local users. Spanish would be a big plus.
Advanced knowledge in systems architecture, cybersecurity and information technologies.
Knowledge and/or experience in ITIL.
Leadership, planning, and effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
