We are looking for a dynamic Digital Advertising Lead

As a Digital Advertising Lead you will report directly to the E-commerce Manager and you will join a great team of 5 enthusiastic people.

You might be THE person we are looking for and who will contribute to the further success story of LolaLiza.

As Digital Advertising Lead you are responsible for maintaining a mix of our online marketing channels.

Some examples:

Search Engine Advertising in Google Ads
Facebook, Instagram & YouTube Advertising
Affiliate Marketing
Display advertising through e.g. GDN and Criteo
Pinterest advertising

This will be a broad function managing a full mix of our online advertising channels, with a goal of driving traffic both to our webshop and our stores.

Online marketing is growing fast at LolaLiza and budgets are growing with this. Sounds cool?

Some of your activities:

Setting up new campaigns on different channels. Exploring and testing new types of campaigns, ad formats, etc.
Optimizing campaigns for their campaign goals (ROAS, traffic, brand awareness) and managing budgets.
Cooperating with different departments (Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing) to help them set goals and align with the digital advertising strategy.
Working on cool projects like customer journey (omnichannel) and integrate all these campaigns for better and more strategic impact. Not easy, but cool to work on and a great chance to learn.
Aligning on strategies with third party agencies.
Sounds like a lot, but don't worry, you can use your Ecommerce, CRM, and Marketing team members and the agencies we work with. You can also count on getting some training. You can challenge them or be challenged. You are not alone

Who are you?

You are smart and are passionate about online advertising/marketing.
You have experience with higher budget accounts. Experience in fashion is a plus.
You like working with numbers and data. We are an Ecommerce team so we are datadriven and have lots of it.
You are proactive and you are not scared of pitching new ideas.
It would be great if you speak both French and Dutch since most of your team members do. We talk a lot of English as well.
You're passionate about fashion.
And if you miss one of these, don't worry. We are not perfect either.
