What You'll Do:


You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.


What We're Looking For:


  • Expand the core business and identifying new opportunities, developing, and executing marketing strategies and driving new profitable growth for the segment in line with short
- and long-term targets.

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve the marketing strategy and business objectives, including market promotion as relevant to global strategy for the target market(s); and extend beyond traditional B2B to include B2B2C strategies.
  • Develop a deep market understanding of target market subsegments.
  • Develop relationships and alliances for long term growth with key industry OEMs and value chain members for advancing the segment strategy, understanding present and anticipated needs, and leading marketfacing initiatives.
  • Work in close partnership with the Team and the Global OEM liaison to develop and maintain a robust frontend innovation pipeline base on endusers and customers' needs.
  • Identify and develop new target markets and customers through value and opportunity analysis, market, and customer intimacy, establishing strong, collaborative relationships with customers, and taking the necessary actions to become the differentiated leader in these markets.
  • Support the innovation projects and convert to commercial products. Manage the regional innovation pipeline for the segment and work in close partnership with R&D to prioritize innovation projects based on financial projections and strategic fit.
  • Identify gaps in current capabilities and develop action plans to address them.
  • Maintain and foster relationships, promote alignment, and communicate regularly with Regional Business, and other key department leaders.

Skills That Make a Difference:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or engineering related discipline. MBA is an added value.
  • Proven experience in similar roles in a B2B/B2B2C environment.
  • Commercial development acumen including value chain analysis, customer needs analysis, definition of value proposition, market positioning.
  • Highly competent in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record of effective leadership and execution from strategy development to commercialization.
  • Ability to gain a quick overview of the market, key players, addressable market size and general technology.
  • Ability to develop rapport with key internal team players and stakeholders/management and customers.
  • Excellent team player with leadership skills.
  • Financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects.
  • Capable to develop market insights for business segment and translate them into definable business opportunities.
  • Creative thinker who can understand competitive landscape and core competencies of our company to develop sustainable and differentiated strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clear and concisely.
  • Capacity to work independently with mínimal supervision and to influence people from multiple departments without reporting lines.
  • Travel up to 35% within Europe mainly. Some trips to US may be needed.
