Within the People and Change practice, we help our clients harness their

People Agenda:

the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, doing the right things and who continuously keeps on building a better working world.

We support our clients in organizational transformations, end-to-end employee life cycles, evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR.

We see the people dimension as a key success factor of large business and technology transformations. For these challenges, we handle the Change Management journey


Key Responsibilities

  • Help our client solve their most complex people related organizational,, and behavioral challenges
  • Support transformations, transactions, and integrated mobile talent issues to make our clients successful on their journey
  • Help HR, fostering their role contributing towards the business strategy, and the strategic deployment of talent
  • Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific client context
  • Build client capabilities in operational transformations and change management, through design and delivery of training programs, onthejob coaching, and setup of appropriate continuous improvement structures
  • Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY's expertise in this domain.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Professional experience (between 7 years), either in Program/Project management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector
  • Knowledge of HR or Change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR)
  • Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French/Dutch
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
  • Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
  • Good listening skills and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
