Global HR Business partner
Portable Air Division is looking for a Global HR Business partner
to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium.
This is a new role, aimed to strengthen HR capabilities and focus on further development of our people management processes and strategy execution.
You will work in a truly global team and report to the Vice President Human Resources of Portable Air Division.
Mission:
Your mission is to manage and develop divisional HR activities, supporting the organization to achieve its strategic goals by best-in-class HR function.
You contribute to set an efficient hire-to-retire process and support the management team in terms of leadership and people development in line with our goals of increased productivity, growth and profitability.
You ensure compliance with "The way we do things" and maintain a close contact with our regional organizations.More specifically, you will:
- Contribute to the objective of making the company "First in Mind first in Choice" for current and future employees.
- Support the divisional recruitments and promote further the hireforattitude approach, ensure that we attract and deploy the right people in the right organizational structure.
- Support with competence development programs together with learning and development teams on the regional and global level.
- Guide and support on the best usage of HR tools and processes, like Talent review, Employee Insight survey, etc.
- Coordinate and support the Comp&Ben activities.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, you have a special focus on wellbeing initiatives.
- Monitor our HR KPIs and participate in further development of data analytics projects.
Education/qualification requirements:
- University degree in HR, business management or similar through experience.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English is required.
- Experience in HR management.
- Good knowledge and practical experience with successful implementation of HR KPI's.
