Job description

We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist for an exciting project involving the technology transfer of new vaccines in clinical phases in a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to the development and production of innovative vaccines.

Mission:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful technology transfer of vaccines, both in early-phase (Phases 1 & 2) and late-phase (Phase 3 & "to commercial") projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams involved in process development, drug substance, drug product, and clinical development.

Coordinate and oversee quality control activities related to technology transfer projects.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality procedures.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain quality documentation.
Drive project progress by effectively managing timelines and resources.
Communicate project updates and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Profile Requirement:

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Experience in process development, technology transfer, drug substance, drug product, or clinical development (early or late phases).
Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
Fluent in English and French.
Middle level of experience, ranging from 4 to 6 years.
Background in pharmaceutical sciences or related fields.
Previous experience in project coordination or project management is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
