Our client needs somebody to dive into the current situation, to retrieve information from the organisations counterpart(s) and analyse & document how physical access-control has been set up on the site.

Analysis of who should have access to what System config & setup (is already in place)

Profile
The ideal Business Analyst should be.
- a pioneer and find his/her own way
- is Pro-active and can work autonomously
- has somewhat of a technical mindset
- has good project management -like skills (eg coordinate and follow-up all involved resources, incl his/herself and vendors, defining timelines, stakeholder mgmt., etc)
- has good technical and functional analysis skills (eg clearly explain how a solution works and who is responsible for which part, good documentation skills, etc)
- good in networking mindset to find the right people within the structure to transfer the knowledge to the client.
- is not afraid to go into the technical although the technical knowledge on access systems is not a prerequisite

Knows what to delegate and what to pick up him/herself

Knowledge and/or experience with physical access systems definitely has an added value (eg entrance gateways, badges, etc).

Specifically:

You should be a bit of a combination of a Business Analyst, Functional/Technical Analyst and have some PM abilities.
Startdate = ASAP
Duration is 6 months + Extension
Location will be primarily remote and Workshops in Belgium.
Rate Euros (outside IR45)
