We count on you for:


  • Manage all regulatory, environmental, and HSE risks of the company within the Sco business scope. That includes helping the company to ensure compliance with all regulatory rules and proactively manage those cases where activities are at risk of noncompliance, with a focus on Europe and EMEA
  • Provide legal advice on HSE, environmental and regulatory compliance matters as a strategic partner to the business, analyzing complex factual and legal situations, identifying risks and advising on practical solutions

You will bring:


  • Law degree at a wellrespected, accredited EU university, possibly with LLM
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as legal counsel with solid track record in Regulatory and HSE matters, preferably with some experience in top tier law firm
  • Deep knowledge of EU Environmental Law, Health and Safety legislation, EU regulations, Reach, etc.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to partner with business teams and senior management teams with entrepreneurial spirit, ability to communicate complex legal and technical issues to executives and nonlegal colleagues
  • High degree of independence, initiative, decisiveness and result orientation
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Acumen to face critical & complex situations and crisis management with global mindset in a challenging environment
