Hysopt's science-based
HVAC Digital Twin software allows building designers and building owners to
save on average 30% on energy bills and 40% on CO2 emissions of their heating and cooling installations.

Our
partnership approach is key in our Go-To-Market. That is why we are looking for
a Partnership Manager to grow relationships with channel and technology partners**.

This is what your week looks like:_**- You identify, sign and engage following partners
:Design & Build companies, HVAC Installers, M&E Contractors, ESCO's, EPC's, etc.

As an early member of the partnership team, you'll
help to create structure/processes for our partnership program:
To get a picture of our partners commercial activities, you set up regular pipeline reviews
Afterwards, you measure and report on their performance using metrics such as sales and revenue
You share leads from our Account Managers with the partner, and set up joint meetings between end customer, our partners' salespeople and our own Account Managers
You develop and
maintain the daytoday relationships, and work closely with our partners to achieve mutual goals
By monitoring industry trends, you stay uptodate on competitors and market conditions
You
develop and implement partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
You
provide support and guidance to our partners on the Hysopt software
To build relationships and promote the company, you regularly attend industry events and conferences

_You recognise yourself in this:
_

Knowledge of HVAC systems and the ecosystem

A large
network of technical contacts:
5+ years of experience in channel management or sales

Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners

A desire to learn and grow in the partnership management field
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Residing in Belgium
