Join a dynamic team in a major project within Belgium's energy sector As a consultant with Keystone Solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure that fosters economic growth and reduces ecological footprints.


Service Description:


Due to external factors like renewable energy integration and the phase-out of nuclear power, there is a critical need to reevaluate and digitalize maintenance operations.

This transformation involves numerous IT-focused projects.

We are seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to elevate the maturity of our testing team.

This position will be filled through Keystone Solutions, emphasizing our consultancy model where you will be working closely with client teams and other Keystone consultants.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align test strategies with external implementers to ensure comprehensive and transparent testing.
  • Monitor testing processes, ensuring adherence to strategies and addressing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate SAT/SIT testing, including scenario development, test data preparation, and execution.
  • Automate regression testing using tools like RobotFramework.
  • Lead UAT sessions, preparing scenarios and guiding a diverse group of endusers through testing processes.
  • Oversee defect management and quality gates in project meetings, representing quality aspects.

Employment Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31/12/24, with potential for extension due to the long-term nature of the assignment.


Additional Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, including 3 years as a Test Coordinator within complex project environments.
  • Proficient in functional and E2E testing, with experience in BPMN and UML.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Sparx Enterprise Architect, and RobotFramework is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the electricity sector and with industrial asset maintenance is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English; fluency in Dutch or French required, with at least understanding of the second language.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adept in planning and organization.
