Your Role :
In this role you will actively contribute to Accounts Receivable department, managing a diverse portfolio of customers.

Your passion and dedication will shine as you handle written reminders, engage in telephone contacts, and meticulously maintain customer master data.

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting in the
administration of the accounts receivable department;
Supporting the
cash collection of a customer portfolio of customers;
Taking care of
written reminders and
telephone contacts;
Creating c
ustomer accounts and maintaining customer
master data;
Assessing the
creditworthiness of customers; #LI-AM
Assigning credit limits.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equal level by experience;
First successful experience with customer relations, experience in cash collection is a plus;
Excellent communication skills and service mindset; enthusiastic team player with a flexible mindset that can work independently. You have a great sense of responsibility and accountability;
MS Office and IT skills: advanced MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel;
Languages: Dutch is mandatory, fluency in English or French is also needed;
