Description

You analyze credit requests that fall outside the delegation of the sales network;
If authorized, you take the decision yourself on the basis of the advice of the sales network. For files that are not within your decisionmaking power, you prepare a summary note and formulate an opinion intended for the competent decisionmaking bodies;
On the basis of your analysis, determine the conditions under which the bank can accept to finance our clients' investments. When handling a file, you take into account the client's needs and demand and you examine the internal report as well as the supporting documents forwarded by the network;
You provide both economic (qualitative) and financial (quantitative) analysis, paying particular attention to the overall risk for the bank;
You support the network in the analysis of specific files in progress, if required;
You will contribute to the improvement of credit processes and procedures in order to optimize the efficiency of the service provided to internal and external clients;
You report to the Analysis Manager and work in close cooperation with the other departments of the Credit Directorate to contribute to the healthy and sustainable growth of the mortgage and professional loan portfolio within the bank.

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French;
You are familiar with MS Office tools;
You have successful experience in the field of professional and/or mortgage loans;
You demonstrate commitment and flexibility;
