Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding volume, revenue, and gross margin targets within our Belgian market.
You'll cultivate relationships with Restaurants and Takeaways (RTA) as well as Ethnic Retail stores while managing telesales accounts and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with RTA and Ethnic Retail stores across Belgium.
- Drive sales and promote our brands through the BtB Ecommerce platform.
- Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives in target markets.
- Conduct audits on Westmill and competitor brands, providing valuable feedback.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and drive actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Graduate caliber with at least 1 year of experience in Ethnic Sales or FMCG.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency in Chinese and French, with English as a plus. Multilingualism is highly desired.
- Techsavvy with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
