The Opportunity

You will join our Business Consulting Finance Belgium service line, a team of consultants & executives with diverse industry knowledge, along with unique consulting expertise.

You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Manager within our Business Consulting Finance practice, you will:

Manage project delivery, drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes, an on budget;
Effectively manage and motivate teams on projects and provide constructive onthejob feedback and coaching;
Play an active role in mentoring junior and senior consultants, and contribute to the steering of the Business Consulting Finance team, incl. staffing, training, recruitment, etc.;
Manage business development opportunities through RFP's, client interactions and crossservice lines collaboration;

You will drive projects with the objective to

Define a finance vision, mission and strategy;
Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking;
Design and implement new Finance Operating Models;
Design and implement Shared Service Centers (Global Business Services);
Drive process excellence in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis;
Leverage automation and digital processes.

Profile

Master's in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent;

years of experience in Management Consulting or in delivery of large-scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry;

Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis;
Knowledge of technologies such as RPA, process mining, SAP etc.

Full working proficiency in Dutch or French AND English;

Excellent people management skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse groups;
Experience of past project delivery and business development, whereby stakeholder and change management are important pillars;
Ability to build and maintain relationships with highlevel client stakeholders and networks;
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs;
Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills;
Forward thinker and selfmotivator that thrives on new challenges and integrates quickly new knowledge;
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic;
Flexible with travel requirements.
